Most of the time people tend to associate a healthy lifestyle with weight loss, fit bodies, and a longer lifespan, but this is just a tip of a really big iceberg! Staying physically healthy can have a great effect on our mental health, relationships, and lifestyle.

Before I decided that I wanted to change up my habits and try to take care of my body, I was living a messy, unorganized, and unmotivated life. I often forgot about my daily tasks and viewed them as unimportant, always delayed important plans, and created this bubble around myself that seemed comfortable from the outside, but in reality, was the thing that made me less physically active and lazy. 

Changing the lifestyle that I grew comfortable with, was hard, but important. I took small steps at first, like doing a light workout every morning and drinking more water. Even though these changes were small, they immediately affected my skin, body, and my overall mood! I grew more and more excited to see what more I could achieve and after a few months, I couldn’t even imagine going back to my old lifestyle.

Its light stretches and breathing-oriented workouts have helped me deal with my severe anxiety problems, raised my energy levels and I couldn’t recommend it more!

During the harder periods, going out to meal prep or work out has helped me stop myself from going into a slump that I know will be hard to get out of!
