Ragi adai with moringa leaves:
5-6 green shallots
1 green chilli
a handful of moringa leaves
2 tbsp coconut
1/2 tsp pink himalayan salt
1 cup ragi
1 1/4 cup hot boiling water
1/3 cup spicy oats granola
1 cup curd
1/2 chopped apple
Cardamon milk tea without sugar + one oat cookies
1 boiled egg
1 carrot chopped
1/2 apple chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
juice of 1/2 lemon
I keep hydrated by drinking kerala herbal water and also do 30 mins of exercise.
