INGREDIENTS

#1 Sweet and Sour Cauliflower


Clickbank Affiliate Marketing

1 cauliflower, cut into florets
1 tbsp oil
a generous pinch of salt

1 clove of garlic
1 piece of ginger (2,5 cm / 1 inch)
1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water
sriracha, hot sauce to taste
1 tbsp tomato purée
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp maple syrup, or agave, rice syrup …
+ 5 tbsp water, adding them gradually as you’re mxing

also rice, sesame for the top, fresh greens, herbs …

*serves 2

#2 Couscous Buddha Bowl for one

⅓ cup couscous (56g)
⅔ cup hot boiling water (160ml)
¼ tsp vegetable broth powder (or use veggie broth instead of the water)
1 avocado
handful of spinach
kidney beans
radishes
sunflower seeds
vegan pizza cheese
lentil hummus, sriracha …

#3 Cheesy Vegan Pasta

~225g pasta (7.8 oz)

for the sauce

1 tbsp vegan butter
1 tbsp corn starch
½ cup soy or oat cream (125ml)
½ cup soy milk (125ml)
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
2 handfuls vegan pizza cheese
2 tsp white wine vinegar
salt to taste

spinach, other veggies, beans, etc

~ 2 servings by itself, 3-4 if you add other things and make it a pasta salad

#4 Simple Toasted Oatmeal

½ cup small cut oats (45g)
pinch of salt
2 tsp flax seeds, semi-ground
1 cup vanilla plant milk (250ml)

topping ideas: berries, soy yogurt, maple syrup

#5 Sweet Potato Veggie Stew

2 smaller sweet potatoes
1 large carrot
1 onion, finely minced
oil for the pan
1 tbsp tomato purée
a handful of raw cashews
350ml ready made tomato sauce, vegan bolognese sauce (~ 1 ⅓ cup + 1 tbsp )
~ ½ cup corn (87g)
1 cup water or veggie broth (250ml) , more if needed
spices of choice
1 tbsp BBQ sauce
a couple handfuls of spinach, fresh or frozen

*serves 2 by itself, more if you serve it next to rice, quinoa etc

#6 it’s all in the vid haha

#7 since this recipe didn’t come out the way I wanted it to, I’d rather work on it a bit more for a future vid before sharing the measurement 🙂
