Taiwanese Dessert Grass Jelly Xian Cao

A traditional Taiwanese dessert, Grass Jelly is refreshing and cooling. Sometimes it’s used as an add-in for Bubble Tea drinks, but today I’m going to show you a simple and easy way to make this as a chilled dessert.

Ingredients:

Grass Jelly (canned) – Try your local Asian supermarket first, otherwise you can buy it on Amazon.
Sweet Mochi Rice Balls – Asian supermarket

Brown Sugar – Golden & Dark brown sugar varieties are both ok
