• Spinach & Mushroom Crustless Quiches:
^ substitute 1/2 cup of Orgain’s Unflavored Protein Powder for the Chickpea Flour in this recipe!
• Chocolate, Peanut Butter, & Banana Baked Oatmeal:
• Superfood Chickpea Cookies: (serves 2)
1 cup canned chickpeas, rinsed and drained
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tbsp Cashew Butter (or other nut butter)
2 scoops Orgain Vanilla Protein & Superfoods Powder
1 tsp Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt
2-4 tbsp Plant Milk (I used 3)
Optional: 1-2 Tbsp Cacao Nibs or Mini Chocolate Chips
* If you are baking your cookies, bake them for 15-18 minutes at 350F! If you don’t want to bake them, leave the baking powder out of the recipes.
