1 tbsp curd/yogurt
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup water – if you like thinner consistency add 3/4 cup water
2 tsp chia seeds
1/3 tsp cinnamon powder
5 almonds, sliced
1 tbsp black raisins
1 tsp pumpkin seeds
1/2 tsp cacao nibs
mix oats, curd, and water. keep this overnight or for 7-12 hours at room temperature.
the next day, add chia seeds and allow it to soak for about 10-15 mins
then add in the sliced apple, cinnamon powder, black raisins, pumpkin seeds, and cacao nibs and your nutrient dense bowl of oats is ready to serve.
