GUYS IT IS TIME for more lazy vegan snacks! This video features milkshake – smoothies, protein filled cookie bites, cheesy hummus dips and a lazy summer-y dessert which reminds me of an ice cream Sundae.

Simple and more or less healthy after school vegan snack ideas.

#1 Lazy Vegan Berry + Coconut Icecream ‘Sundae’

1-3 scoops of strawberry sorbet
2-4 tablespoons of plain coconut yogurt (mine was coconut and soy based)
a sprinkle of desiccated coconut
a handful of strawberries

→ serves 1

#2 Mini Hummus Toasts – 2 Ways

BBQ Hummus:

1 tbsp hummus, plain
a squeeze of lemon juice (~1 tbsp)
1 tsp BBQ sauce
¼ tsp smoked paprika powder

bell pepper, cucumber

Pesto Hummus:

1 tbsp hummus, plain
a squeeze of lemon juice (~1 tbsp)
1 tsp vegan pesto
1 tsp nutritional yeast

bread of choice

OR Serve with tortilla chips

#3 Lazy Chocolate + Nut Bites

¾ cup cashews (115g)
⅓ cup almonds (30g)
⅓ cup oats (30g)
2 tbsp raw sugar (or coconut, date sugar)
2 tbsp hemp seeds
2 tbsp peanut butter
1-2 tbsp non dairy milk
¼ tsp salt
a dash of cinnamon

4 tbsp vegan chocolate chips, melted

→ serves 4

#4 Vanilla Cherry Almond – Smoothie

1 cup cherries, frozen (~150g)
1 banana, frozen
1 cup vanilla non dairy milk
1 tbsp almond butter

→ serves 1
