In today’s video, we’re going to teach you how to make a 100% natural recipe that will help you get rid of the spots, zits, and scars on your face, as well as restoring your skin’s natural tone.
This recipe is both easy, quick, and cheap.
All you need is parsley and lemon.
Parsley is rich in several nutrients, especially vitamins A and C, and calcium, sulfur, iron, phosphate, magnesium, and potassium. It evens out your skin tone, and helps it regenerate.
It reduces inflammation and irritation, lessens redness and makes your skin look like new.
The other ingredient in this recipe is lemon, a great source of vitamin C.
Lemon is well known for its clarifying properties. It clears and prevents the blemishes on our skin.
The only thing you kneed to remember is to only apply this mask at night, a little while before going to bed, due to the lemon’s properties. Whenever you apply lemon juice to your skin, it may burn if exposed to sunlight.
If you don’t want to use lemon juice, you can substitute it for a high quality apple cider vinegar.
But, if you’re careful, you won’t have a problem using the lemon.
Here is the recipe:
– 200 milliliters of water (1 cup);
– 2 tablespoons of minced parsley leaves;
– 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice or apple cider vinegar.
Put the water in a pot to boil.
Once it starts to boil, turn off the stove and add the parsley leaves.
Next, take the pot off the stove and let it cool.
As soon as it’s cool, add the lemon juice (or apple cider vinegar) to the parsley infusion.
Use this recipe once a day, at night, a little before bed.
On the next day, wash your face well with your normal soap. We still warn you to avoid sun exposure.
You can store what ever you don’t use in the refrigerator.
