All the ingredients in this recipe are easily available in most Indian home and make these last minute christmas cookies for your family.
2/3 cup jaggery/gur
1/4 cup roasted peanuts
1 cup whole wheat flour/atta
1/4 tsp pink salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
Bake for 15-18 mins in a preheated oven at 180 degree C. Baking time may vary.
