a small piece of kudampuli/garcinia cambogia

1/2 tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder
1/2 tsp pink himalayan salt
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 large shallot or 2 small, chopped
3 cloves or garlic
1/4 inch of ginger
1 sprig of curry leaves
Banana leaves wilted on the flame
strings to tie the packets
little oil to grease the tawa so that the banana leaves doesnt stick to the tawa.
