This is a 55 minute intermediate class that focuses on relatively basic, simple poses and sequencing but adds long holds and options to make it more challenging. You’ll build heat, strength, and challenge yourself to stay present.
While I always appreciate flowy, creative flows, it’s often these simple classes that really remind me how to stay connected to my breath and the true power of yoga.
