This is a 45 minute all-levels vinyasa flow class focused on releasing stress in your body. We’ll be doing grounding poses, some simple breathwork, and a flow to reset your nervous system to a more rest / digest shape and out of fight / flight mode. We’ll use two blocks if you have some at home.
Since we’re still in social-distancing mode, I don’t have students with me as I normally do so you get to watch me practice.
