This is a 45 Minute All-Levels Vinyasa class focused on shoulders and finding a balance between mobility and stability. The shoulder joint is the most flexible in the body, but that can also mean it’s less stable. I find many students are on one extreme end: either hyper flexible or super stiff.
Since we’re still in social-distancing mode, I don’t have students with me as I normally do so you get to watch me practice.
