In part 7 of our 8 Limbs of Yoga series, we explore Dhyana, prolonged concentration or meditation. We work on meditation through several mini moving meditations. Rather than thinking of meditation as moments of total stillness / silence / nothingness, I like to think of meditation as when we’re totally present – in the flow, noticing whatever comes up. Our physical practice can help facilitate these moments of moving meditation really beautifully.
