This a 20 minute mini-class focused on stretching your hamstrings. We use two blocks, a strap, and a wall. If you don’t have a strap you can use a belt, scarf, or towel. If you don’t have blocks you can use a stack of books or something to bring the ground closer to you. You may want to use a chair or the corner of two walls if your hamstrings are really tight.
Be careful not to overstretch, so move gently and to your own personal limit!
